RESTRICTIONS

The attractions within PrimEVIL are very intricate as well as scary, with live actors, special effects, strobe lighting etc.

All tickets are non-refundable, please decide if you are fit to use any of the attractions before you purchase any tickets.

Please remember this event is mostly outdoors, with queuing and exposure to the elements, please only attend if you think you are fit enough.

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Most PrimEVIL attractions are not recommended to under 12’s. Please ask for details.

Wheelchair Access

Due to the nature of the attractions, most cannot be accessed by wheelchair users. Screaming Woods is accessible though located  on an incline so extreme care should be taken.

Expectant Ladies

All attractions can get hectic with movement, jumps, uneven flooring, and scares. They are NOT recommended for pregnant ladies.

Heart Condition

If you have any concerns with a heart condition, then it would be advised not to attend any of the attractions

Diabetes

Please ensure you are fit to attend, have the appropriate and sufficient medication on your person, and are prepared for long periods of waiting.

Arthritis

Please ensure you are fit to attend, and are prepared for long periods of waiting.

TICKETING

Where can I buy tickets ?

Tickets can be purchased in advance by visiting our website www.primevil-scare.co.uk. They can also be purchased in person at Dinosaur Adventure of by calling 01603 876312.

Can tickets be purchased at the gate ?

Subject to availability, Yes they can. Please be aware that PrimEVIL has got a maximum capacity to ensure that those attending get the opportunity to visit all attractions. We may sell out so we recommend booking in advance.

Why are the evenings priced differently?

PrimEVIL is open for just nine evenings over the Halloween period. It is important that we can accommodate everybody, so we have incentivised the first five evenings slightly to encourage some of the crowds into the earlier part of the season.

 Is the experience the same on the first five evenings?

Yes. The attractions run in exactly the same way, (improvisation is a factor with actors), with the same cast and scares, the only difference is that there are less visitors in the park, so the queues will be shorter and the admission prices are cheaper!

Do children receive discounts?

Sorry, No. PrimEVIL is aimed at older children, youths and adults. There is a Spooky Ticket available providing admission to the Screaming Woods, which is a less scary attraction. Children under 3 years may enter PrimEVIL free of charge however we strongly advise it is highly unsuitable for children of this age.

Do families receive ticket discounts?

Sorry, No. We ensure that our tickets are priced fairly for everyone attending whatever the number in the group.

 I am a Dinosaur Adventure season ticket holder, Do I get a discount ?

Yes. You get £1.00 off every ticket purchased

Are admission tickets refundable?

No. Admission passes are non- refundable.

THE EXPERIENCE

Just how good is the PrimEVIL?

Last year, PrimEVIL was shortlisted as one of the best Halloween attractions in the UK at the Scare Attractions Awards. The awards were voted for by the public at www.hauntedattractions.co.uk .

This year we have three new attractions, The Screaming Woods, Toxic and, whilst making a welcome return from three years ago, the Maze of mutants is more terrifying than ever.

What age visitor is PrimEVIL suitable for?

The event is aimed at older families, teenagers and adults. We recommend that it isn´t suitable for children under the age of 12. However every child and adult is different and we suggest you know your child better than we do. Some 7 years old love it, some 18 year olds don´t !!

If you are planning on attending with young children, we recommend you visit the daytime Halloween activities being held at Dinosaur Adventure.

Do the attractions still run if it rains?

Yes. Two of the attractions (Insanitorium and The Dark) are indoors albeit the queuing areas are outdoors. The Maze of Mutants, Screaming Woods and Toxic are all outdoor attractions set in natural woodland.

Are the attractions Scary?

Yes ….. it’s PrimEVIL. Screaming won’t help !!!!  Enjoy …..

Are there live actors?

Yes. All the attractions involve live actors, many of whom are considered to be the best scare actors in the UK!

FOOD

Meals, Snacks, Hot and Cold Drinks are available in Dippy’s Diner, Dinomite Café, Gardeners Cottage and Ice Age Treats.

NO ALCOHOL is permitted on site.

FACILITIES

Do you have a disabled toilet?

Yes. We have disabled toilet facilities located near ‘The Dark’, inside Dinomite Indoor Adventure Play and near ‘Toxic’

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Yes. They are situated near ‘The Dark’, inside Dinomite Indoor Adventure Play and near ‘Toxic’

Are Dogs allowed to attend PrimEVIL?

Sorry, No. With the exception of trained guide dogs.

Will we get wet queuing if it is raining?

Quite probably, as we would normally expect rain in October. Please wear clothing to suit the weather on the evening.

Do we need to prepare for the site to be muddy?

The PrimEVIL has hard walkways and we have gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that the surfaces are suitable for all weathers. That said some are in natural woodland to be prepared and wear suitable footwear.

Will we get cold?

We suggest you prepare for the changeable autumnal weather and bring suitable warm clothing.
